DiGi Live K-Pop Party 2011: G.NA

On the 13th of January, 3 chart topping Korean Pop artistes, namely G.NA, 4Minute & B2ST visited our country's very own Stadium Negara located in Kuala Lumpur to perform back to back for the DiGi Live K-Pop Party 2011.

Being the hot issue of town, G.NA was the first K-Pop artiste to go on stage. She performed the track 'I'll get lost, you go your way' which featured rapper Jun Hyung of B2ST who made a special appearance during his performance, drawing alot of crowd cheers. Then, her set was followed by a cover of Rihanna's 'Take A Bow' as all the fans sang along with her.

G.NA spoke fluent English throughout the time she was interacting with the MC of the party - radio DJ Royce Tan without the need of an assistant translator.

Despite making a couple of tiny mistakes here and there, G.NA definitely wanted to leave a good impression to her fans, being in Malaysia for the first time. She blushed and apologized to her fans, then continued to strut the stage singing her final song 'Supa Solo' with full of confidence, leaving everyone yearning for more.

So, what do you Royal G.NA fans think? Isn't she number 1 in our hearts?

I got crazy at the Castrol Football Crazy futsal session!

Just yesterday, I got up early and made my way to Sports Planet, Subang Jaya for the Castrol Football Crazy futsal session. This couldnt have happened without the invitation from Advertlets & Castrol, so thank you for the great experience!

Before I begin, have you ever thought of being privileged to play futsal together with Adam C & JD? I have, and I finally had my go yesterday! Not everyday we get to do crazy things like that.

All of us were divided into 3 teams (A, B and C) for the Castrol Football Crazy futsal tournament, I was put into Team B after drawing lots.

Then, it was game on! Very intense match although we just began.

Azrin, as the team captain got interviewed by ESPN after our first match.

All teams got to play 2 games each. The referee's were no different from the event name - CRAZY. We got yellow cards for any epic reason that happened on and off the pitch. When it was half time, Adam & JD passed us a picture of a footballer and we were asked to doodle on it, some were creative while others' doodles (like mine) were plain & dull.

During the final match, Dan got injured as a ball was blasted directly in between his thighs.

After all the matches, there was a ball juggling session & a penalty shootout where Adam and JD were competing as goalkeepers to block our penalty kicks.

Advertlets Laser Tag Outing

So, a couple weeks ago we played Laser Tag @ Galactic Laser, Midvalley Megamall. It's the new IN thing now, because everyone can join in the fun and exercise at the same time!

Laser Tag is like paintball, without the pain & paint. Players are required to wear a vest with a laser gun attached to it, then it's game ON.

Teamed up with Justin Lim, Justin Hee, Josh, Azrin, Mike Yip, Xiang, Rames & Jeremy, our team won champion in the Team Death Match! It's all about the strategy!

The arena has 3 levels, enough space for everyone to run around to frag one another.

It has UV lights installed everywhere, so I suggest wearing dark colored clothes if you dont plan on having your white outfit to scream "I'M HERE, FRAG ME!!!".


It has a computer system to record all our points & every move we make. Our team is at the top!

Happy New Year 2011!

2010 has passed with so many interesting things happening, and as we welcome a new decade - 2011. May this year and every year ahead be a great & successful one for all of us!

Thanks to Advertlets & IMVA, we partied like stars in a huge hotel suite on the 20th floor at The Summit International Hotel after a great dinner at Skewers, Subang Avenue yesterday!

Paired with great company, booze, finger food & awesome music banging in the room, we turned the suite upside down when everybody got wild!

From the 20th floor, we could see ALL the fireworks happening outside the window. KLCC, Sunway Pyramid, The Curve, Pavilion, you name it! It was a magnificent view & a magical night when the mentalist David Lai went around the room showing some awesome tricks!
