Sony Alpha Pro Shop Official Opening!

So on the 9th of January Sony Alpha launched their first Alpha Pro Shop in Malaysia, located at Studio Zaloon, Pudu Plaza.

Many Alpha enthusiasts were there for the official opening and I was there as an official Alpha blogger to cover the event. But sadly my pictures were deleted accidentally and cant be recovered.

Therefore I'll be stealing some pictures from Ewin's post with his permission, thanks Ewin!

Overall the shop is great if you wanna buy Alpha lenses & accesories. They have ever single SAL lens including the G lens & Carls Zeiss lens displayed at the entrance of the shop.

All the lenses ready for sale! Btw the goodie bags you see below the shelf were for the 20 chosen Alpha bloggers, hehehe. ;)

Very clean & spacious shop compared to other camera shops, newly renovated also. Best!

See! I already told you, SAL + G + CZ lenses being displayed at the entrance of the shop. 1 word, POISON!

Sorry all for not updating these few days, most of you should know that on Sunday, my computer was infected by the damned annoying rootkit and also a trojan downloader.

Shah Alam Drift Show!

Last month there was a Drift Show @ Shah Alam and I was there to take some shots, too bad the organizers lied about having hot chicks pose for the cars. That tricked everyone into going for this show. So I left about 1 hour after the event started, waste of my time anyway.

Kitchen Creatures!

Kitchen Creatures might sound like a new dining place on the block, but trust me it beats 9628751 other restaurants HANDS DOWN in terms of price, cleaniness, service, quality, quantity & best of all, it's NO FRILLS!

To add the icing on the cake, it's a tax free restaurant! Means no lame 10% service charge & 5% govt. tax, all prices are nett price already!

Since I want all of you to know better about this restaurant ASAP, this also means no teaser! Straight detailed post yay! *cheers*

Special Rootbeer - Rootbeer with slices of ginger.

Slimey George - Sprite + Ribena + Lemon.

Stuffed mushrooms, very nice as starters!

Garlic bread, nice also! Very fresh!

Beef pepperoni pizza, do you believe it's only RM10/RM11 for the whole pizza? And best of all, they put so much cheese on the pizza!

Chicken pie, served along with mashed potatoes & gravy. This was good tastewise.

Sirloin steak, this only cost RM16!
Outside it would cost way more! No frills!

Ribeye steak!
Not sure about the price of this though, but it's below RM20!

Beef stew, very fragrant but I didnt get to try it LOL.

Aglio Olio Spaghetti, nothing to shout about.

Monsterised Burger, available in chicken or beef.

Chicken Carbonara Spaghetti, not-too-bad, real creamy & they didn't stinge on the chicken, but lacking taste.
Monster Platter, consists of Calamari Rings, Chicken Wings, Fried Shrimp, Mushrooms & Nacho Chips.
According to my friend this tasted normal only.
Kitchen Creatures!

The pricing here is REALLY reasonable! Pizzas for RM10/RM11/RM12? Steaks from RM16? What more the ambience of the restaurant is really great, you can dine casually on the sofa/high stool or sit down by a nice round table and enjoy your meal.

Their food are cooked fresh when you order it, no pre-cooked nonsense. Even the sauce for their spaghetti & the sauce for the steaks are made fresh when you order it. No frills!

The food might not taste the best, but it's good for the price you're paying. One more thing here is that their drink's prices are slightly on the high side. But I guess it compensates to the reasonably cheap priced food right?

So make sure you pay them a visit okay?
