HoB Food Tasting Session!

Continuation from one of my previous blog post, food tasting session @ House Of Buffet, if you havent read it already, click here.

Once again I wanna thank SmashpOp for inviting me. I'll just briefly describe what HoB has to offer us + let the pictures talk.

In case you wanna dine at HoB, it's located beside Low Yat Plaza's main entrance (Big Apple & Starbucks). The prices are RM55.00 for lunch, RM65.00 for dinner & RM45.00 for high tea. Or you can visit their website here.

They serve fusion cuisines, a few types of curry for you to choose.

Deep fried stuff like spring rolls, soft shell crab and many more.

Chinese cuisine also served, not too bad.

What you see on the plate is salmon sashimi, salmon sushi & fresh oyster. Baby coconut in the background, food tastes good & fresh, drink is really refreshing.

Cheese spaghetti with a mild spicy taste, garlic bread, roasted chicken meat, cheese prawn served in an oyster shell, pan fried dory fish & lamb.
All tasted good except for the spaghetti which tasted so-so only.

Fried Vermicelli with roasted chicken in the background, both tasted slightly bland.

Bottom: Special deep fried mochi (Only available @ HoB) - Nice!
Middle: Soft shell crab - Good, but soaked in oil & slightly soft already.
Top: Mini muffin - Nothing to shout about.

Sushi (Cant remember what it was already)
Plate decoration is done by request at the sushi counter.

A few types of fruits served, very nice presentation with dry ice.

Free flow beer! (And other drinks like baby coconut & juices etc)

Oreo Cheesecake, cannot compare with Secret Recipe's one but not too bad for restaurant standard.

According to the chef, this dish can cost around RM300 outside.

Another 2 of the chef's signature dish.
