Traffic D' Light Cafe Food Tasting Session!
Many thanks to Feeq & Advertlets, I was invited to Traffic D' Light Cafe which is located at Pelangi Square, somewhere near Bandar Utama for a food tasting session on the 25th of February.
About 30 chosen bloggers were invited for this review also, which means... NOT ENOUGH FOOD~~~! The portion is for about 3 people (As it's served in 3 plates only), and each of us just took 1 taste and carried on to the next dish.
Didnt manage to take much pics as I was busy camping waiting for the food to be served hahaha :D

Jasmine Green Tea, nothing to comment about cause it's just... Jasmin Green Tea!

Decent tasting smoothies, too bad I dont have the name oops!

Limau Kasturi, Chocolate & Cappucino smoothie. Very thick & sweet, but the Limau Kasturi is slightly sweet & sour!

It has the fruity taste while having a mild gassy feeling when being drank, very nice & refreshing.

*Caution! Non-halal food passing by!*
The first dish that was served, Braised Pork.
Slightly salty, but the meat was tender.

Fried Boxing Chicken, NICE! Can beat KFC any other day :)

Thai Kerabu Sotong - Slightly fail although it's said to be authentic Thai Kerabu. It was more of salty & spicy than sour. Could barely feel any lemon/lime taste in this dish.

Our portion LOL, that amount for 30 people!

Sea coconut with snow fungus - BEST! According to fellow blogger Dustyhawk, he said it tasted like the traditional "Tok Tok" sweet which can be found in the night markets. And sure it has that taste! Great dessert!

Cendol - RM4.50 for such a big bowl! Not too bad, though their Gula Melaka is kinda tasteless, but very nice & big portion to embrace the hot weather nowadays!
1-10, Dataran Pelangi Utama One Avenue, Jalan Masjid, PJU 6A,
47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
(Near One-Utama Shopping Centre)

*Air-Conditioned* *Wi-Fi* *non-halal*
Give it a try! Do note it's NON-HALAL yeah? ;)

Alice In Wonderland 3D review
Once again I would like to thank Advertlets for inviting me to the Alice In Wonderland 3D media screening @ TGV, KLCC on the 1st of March.
The show wasnt too bad, though I spent 3 quarters of the time in the movie having the 3D glasses resting on my head. Not much 3D effects, I rather face the double vision effects then having to see very very little 3D effects.
Just so you know, this Alice In Wonderland 3D (2010) isnt the same as the Alice In Wonderland (1951) cartoon!
This movie is starring Johnny Depp as Mad Hatter, he definitely brings out the madness to a good point. Not forgetting Anne Hathaway who is acting as the White Queen, though she only appeared in the movie towards the ending, and had very little screen time. Cheshire Cat, whose role is played by Stephen Fry is really cool and mysterious with the appearing & vanishing acts.
In case you wanna spoil yourself, click my previous blog post here.
As I said, the 3D effects werent that great as the director Tim Burton tried to use a 3D replica or some sort I dont know lol, go google it up or wikipedia it... Thus making the effects not as satisfying as it should be. Cannot compare this movie with James Cameron's Avatar 3D also.
The moment I stepped out of the cinema, all I could hear (& comment) were complains, not satisfied audiences and etc. The so called "Wonderland" was a deep, dark place which made the movie go even darker.
How much do I give? A nice, generous 5/10.
Worth the watch? Errr... So-so, can watch to fill your anxiety! :)

A Magical Night @ Zouk
Yes peeps, in my recent post, I mentioned I had to leave Ewin's house early after the 'Bai Nian' session as I was heading somewhere with buddy Jason Ong. You wouldnt believe it, I was actually heading down to Zouk to enjoy a magical night.
I invited Jason Ong & Kim Wei Wei as my babysitters (LOL) that night to cover Zlwin & his magical performances. Oh! And did you know that Zouk KL is the only club in the whole of Malaysia that has a resident magician? Well... now you do. Haha!
Zlwin, the resident magician of Zouk might also be working at Zouk Cafe located @ The Gardens soon. It will also be the only cafe in KL which has a resident magician performing.
You see...

Apart from dancing & drinking...

There's so much more to Zouk!

The classic poker card magic tricks are done also! The crowd goes crazy & get shocked when they realize that Zlwin knows what cards they are holding without even looking at it.
But here you go peeps, Zouk KL has it all!
We covered almost all the rooms in Zouk that night, from the Zouk Mainroom, Velvet Underground, Phuture & not forgetting Barsonic.
For me, I liked the Mainroom best. And I was very lucky to be in Zouk that very night because Bryan Burger & Terence C were on the decks over in the Mainroom. Phuture was good too, very happening, pretty ladies & handsome guys, all enjoying themselves to R&B beats on the dance floor.
Do check out the Terrace Bar in Zouk too, a great place to have your meal/drinks and just chill. For more info, visit www.zoukclub.com.my

Audio Technica ON-3!

Not forgetting that my model's colour is the 1st anniversary limited colour!
- Outlook is a plus, since it comes in a variable of many different colours.
- Ear pads are soft and nice, though the diameter is only 30mm, slightly small for the ears.
- Swivel housing, which means the headphones can turn left-right. Plus!
Overall, it's not bad for the price you're paying. Go get one if you're looking for something in fashion!
